What year or which MSS54hp supports oil pressure via canbus?

In the cluster with coding index 24 ie latest variant...In NCS expert you can set oil pressure via can bus active...by default it's not active.

I remember few years ago I tried this with my ZHP swapped S54 car and mss54 HP DME with my 2002 build S54 and it didn't work.

I ended up having to run a wire from x60004 pin 11 to pin 14 on the cluster and change my cluster coding back to oil pressure via CAN bus not active.

I know alternator and oil level via canbus works just not pressure.

    Via CAMBUS = NONE 🤣

Via CANBUS = None on any MSS54HP. Its all an analog output to the cluster.

Can Msges for Oil pressure started from MSS70(S54 only)

Now on the e46 LCI equipped N46 (316/318) uses the cluster as a CAN gateway to send Oil pressure to DME ME9.2.

Which is what you are seeing on index 24.

Very easy to check. Set VO to #EY31 and code the cluster.

Lol thanks, I fixed that. It was late when I posted 😁

And that totally makes sense. Thanks for the explanation
