That’s unfortunate. This dme has been a bit of a headache. Even data logging was impossible until bytelogger sent me a customized version of their software.

It‘s read protected by the tuner. Maybe only way bdm it one time to get a file to work with (writes should be possible). Or if even the bdm port is locked, read eeproms with willem or similar eeprom tool.

Can the secondary air pump be coded out with NCS? If so, what ecu is it under and german name? Thanks.

No, not possible.

I would use martyn’s tool but it can’t pull the files from my ecu using the bmwflasher. It gives a bin file size of 0 and throws an error.

maybe the interface? Try another tool or software or contact Martyn.
Kim's Chipster tool is free available and does a very good job at partial read/writes and checksumms.
