Good luck, it took me a couple of months but I eventually found one by asking a forum member. Before that came along I was thinking of maybe something like this as a substitute, silicone flexible air ducting. I read that the pipes purpose is to reduce noise but I'm thinking more of it's benefit of pulling cooler air from down low.

By chance would you have the dimensions of the stock tube & ends? I may design some 3D printed fitting to go on pipes like you posted.Originally posted by kook View PostGood luck, it took me a couple of months but I eventually found one by asking a forum member. I don't know the dimensions, but I can surely measure it all up for you. I was thinking the same thing yesterday, if I had a scanner these would be easy end pieces for any decent 3D printer to rattle off. I might also look into the cost of getting them scanned. I'll get back to you later today.Originally posted by puma1824 View PostBy chance would you have the dimensions of the stock tube & ends? The plastic latticework & coiled wire running the length on the inside I imagine is stop the foam collapsing in on itself when air starts to get pulled through.
I don't think it's critical to get that exact shape of the oddly shaped end that attaches to the bumper, you just need to attach it somehow.
Let me know if these measurements help.

What is the inner diameter (I.D) and outer diameter (O.D) of the connector? Would you know the I.D. of the flex pipe? What is the O.D. of the foam pipe? Thanks!Originally posted by kook View PostThe plastic latticework & coiled wire running the length on the inside I imagine is stop the foam collapsing in on itself when air starts to get pulled through.

Geez, that's a pretty much perfect looking model of it, well done! I forgot some fairly critical measurements, apologies. The outer diameter of the foam pipe is very close in diameter as the connector that it plugs into, so around 96mm. The inner diameter of the foam pipe is the same as the outer of the small part of the connector, around 73mm. Let me know if you need anything else.Originally posted by puma1824 View PostI made a rough design. Need to adjust for the O.D. and I.D of connector and tubes.

Thanks! Going to make adjustments tomorrow. If you have some measurements of the other side and additional pics would be great. Thanks again! Hopefully, I'll have this design finished soon and tweaked for available parts. I won't be able to actually try fitting it until my car comes back from the builder.Originally posted by kook View Post
