Good luck, it took me a couple of months but I eventually found one by asking a forum member. Before that came along I was thinking of maybe something like this as a substitute, silicone flexible air ducting. I read that the pipes purpose is to reduce noise but I'm thinking more of it's benefit of pulling cooler air from down low.

The plastic latticework & coiled wire running the length on the inside I imagine is stop the foam collapsing in on itself when air starts to get pulled through.
I don't think it's critical to get that exact shape of the oddly shaped end that attaches to the bumper, you just need to attach it somehow.
Let me know if these measurements help.

The outer diameter of the foam pipe is pretty much the same diameter as the connector it plugs into, so around 96mm. The inner diameter of the foam pipe is the same as the outer of the small part of the connector, around 73mm. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks again!

Hopefully, I'll have this design finished soon and tweaked for available parts. I won't be able to actually try fitting it until my car comes back from the builder.
Thanks again!
