A Testament to the VinceBar

Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, my car was rear-ended by someone texting and driving right after I spent 4 days installing a Vince Bar. The car is most definitely totaled but I was surprised to find that my rivet and epoxy VinceBar was completely unfazed even with such a high-speed crash. Just thought I would share with the community just how strong the epoxy VinceBar kit really is and I definitely plan on installing one on my next M3.

(Also if anyone has a lead on a 04+ SMG E46 M3 Coupe for sale HMU)

Sorry for your loss. Can imagine it being frustrating as hell to finally finish installing that thing only to have the car ruined. Cool to see how the bar held up in a crash like this, although i'm sorry you had to be the guinea pig.

Shiesse, so sorry man. I seriously have anxiety about this when commuting to work with the M3. Hopefully the trunk lid is salvageable and can go on or help fund another.

I hate to see that! Glad the vincebar survived though! I've been running the same kit on my car for a couple years now. Regarding replacements - I just saw a 06 Tiag SMG ZCP with 85k miles fail to meet the reserve (@$20k) on BaT today. Maybe you could get in touch with the seller and try to set something up.
