So it leaks at the seam between the bell housing and the middle section. This is not too difficult to remove the BH to reseal and the steps are the same for SMG to 6MT conversion, but be very careful when pulling the BH off as you don't want to have the input shaft bearing plastic keeper breaking.as it's not available. I would set the tranny up straight and then pull the BH straight up to avoid placing stress on the bearing when the BH misaligned to the input shaft.
Is it original 6MT or SMG conversion with a not so good sealing job?

Unless it is losing a significant amount of oil (multiple drops per day), I'd leave this until the transmission has to come out for a clutch or other item. The ones I've seen are weeping from the same spot, but it is so small that barely any oil is needed to top it off.

Sorry - I don’t know enough and can’t do the work myself. But all your advice here will help me talk to a mechanic! Thanks!

I didn't bother fixing mine because while it makes a mess of the plastic shield, it never dripped onto the floor and the fluid loss over 30k miles is negligible. Totally just an OCD thing versus having any practical consequences.

Yeah, it just makes a grimy mess. Not worth pulling the transmission for though.

Fourthed (?). Dropped the trans once to replace the front seal. Neighbor helped me get the transmission aligned and back in the car. Not fun at all (and this was on a 4 post lift). I'll wait until .... whatever happens and I have to pull the tranny out.
