Fair market value? + Insurance question

Grundy was a fraction of the Hagerty price for me.

For me, Grundy was about 40% higher than Hagerty.

I just signed up with Hagerty for $25k declared value on my '05 vert for $560/yr versus my existing State Farm policy that was at $430/yr. For such a nominal increase it seemed well worth it. I said annual mileage would be around 5,000 and they didn't ask for current mileage. The restrictions are:

1. My vehicle(s) will be used on a limited basis consistent with the operation of a collectible vehicle such as occasional pleasure drives and club / hobby
activities.
2. My vehicle(s) will not be used frequently for regular driving such as driving to and from work or school, shopping, errands, general transportation or
back-up use.
