I believe some of the new M cars have the red buttons stock-- that's the origin of this idea (I assume).

The Sport button? At first I thought it was for the DSC button and so was like Yeah ok at least the red would make it easier to quickly see it to turn off traction in the heat of a moment since it sits in that (imo) cluttered row of similarly shaped and colors buttons… but why the Sport button? Lmao I dont think IND knows these cars well, Sport mode is just the throttle mapping… literally pointless to bother changing that button. DCS button would make more sense (again imo), but hey at least they didnt complete forget about the E46.

Very nice to see for the E46 M3 platform, although I don't have the Comp/CSL wheel, so I think getting just the sport button would look out of place. I can vouch for the quality, I have IND Red Start/Stop button and M1/M2 buttons on my M4 CS. Great company and quality.

IND | E46 M3 Red Sport / M-Track Mode Button Set Install Guide
With the release of our new Red Sport and M-Track Mode Button Set for the E46 M3, we put together a brief install guide.
Tools Required:- T10 Torx
- T20 Torx
- Precision Phillips Screwdriver
- Flat-head Screwdriver
- Pry Tool
STEP 2: Remove x2 T20 screws that secure the rear of the lower steering wheel trim and the front x2 T20 screws from the inner steering trim. Remove the trim by pulling from the top section first and detach the M-Track Mode button harness prior to completely pulling the steering trim away.
STEP 3: Remove x4 precision phillips screws from the M-Track Mode controller panel and remove plastic spacer securing button; replace original button with new red version. Installation is the reverse of removal.
STEP 4: Remove shift knob by forcefully pulling straight up; being careful not to hit yourself upon release. Pull up on the shift boot to unclip its frame.
STEP 5: Remove phillips screws securing center console trim and detach window switch harnesses.
STEP 6: Remove storage compartment by pulling straight out. For cars with lower climate control unit, place tape on console sides and begin by slightly prying to release climate module. Once able, remove by hand and detach harness.
STEP 7: Remove screws securing center button console and ashtray frame; detach controller harness to easily expose the rear; ashtray lighter can remain connected.
STEP 8: Remove x2 T10 rear screws securing button console and remove.
STEP 9: Using a pry tool, detach the tabs holding the button console together. Pull the original Sport button off and replace with new red version.
STEP 10: Installation is the reverse of removal.
