Recently did some work on the E46 including rod bearings, VANOS rebuilt, 272/280 CatCams, valve adjustment etc. and about to install a full 2.5" exhaust (SS V1 headers + SS section 1 + SS dual pipe section 2 + Dinan section 3) as well as the Turner air box + MAP conversion. I wanted everything to synchronize and break in for about a 1,000 miles (2 weeks of commute to work for me) before getting on a dyno for a tune session.
I wanted to know if it would be safe to run the factory CSL software with the 272/280 cams, which are obviously different than the CSL 268/264 cams? Thanks in advance.
