Does anyone happen to know the part number for the grommets which plug the drain holes on the RACP?

You may have to measure the diameter of the hole, then cross check on realOEM /vehicle trim/ various body parts at the bottom of the page.. -

It's a 20mm plug. There are a whole bunch of these on the rear half of the car, it's probably the most common one. This is what I used for most of them:
