to boost 2.5-4k you could experiment with exactly doubling (or close to it) the current merge distance (which would still be slightly shorter/less than the stock merge distance by looks of it) but it will likely soften 4-5k a bit as a compromise but shouldnt hurt anyting above 5k. its expensive doing custom exhausts and hard to undo , so it depends how much it bothers you for the type of use

i am suprised nobody as brought something similar to market as a bit less of a compromise and the 6-2-1 is the superior power setup over 6-2-H/X-2 with other advantages to boot

I had your canned tune for awhile and worked flawlessly for years! Very happy with it! Dyno’d at 325whp with it.

I switched because I needed a detune for a NASA class.
Great to hear! Certainly a healthy motor, especially with the stock camshafts.

You won't have any dip with the Street/Track version that maintains section 1. Potentially, the full race version might have a touch more top end power 🙂

That is about 12 more hp! Randy fixed the dip between 4.5k to 5.5k and it feels a lot better from 3.5k to 5.5k.

And I agree with above, I’d use heat reflective tape around the intake pipe and heat shield to see if that helps work lower IATs.
I just plastidipped it and IATs are down 15-20 degrees.

Thinking of what the alternative will be,

My Z4 M put down 298hp / 237lb-ft (Dynojet SAE 5). Only mods are Euro headers, 100 cell hfc and OTS tune by Epic.

Oem euro headers, CPI rasp sec 1, oem sec 2, DIXIS. With and AFE intake car made around 315whp on a dynojet, Hassan mentioned the sec3/muffler was slightly holding back. It matters if you are after every little bit.
