You have to get the carbon fiber balls. You need less weight that high. It'll completely negate your CF roof.

I stuffed six of 'em in there and I still get a subdued rattle.

Add some illegal white powder substance in those balls and it will sound much better

I just did this and it worked like a charm! Some notes:
-I have a 2003.5 without HK so there was no sub to remove and subsequently no massive holes where the sub mounts
-I shoved tennis balls in the oval holes nearer to the front of the car and then pushed them towards the rear once in
-Had to make some serious gauges in the balls so that they would deform enough to fit

Having a lot of trouble shoving the tennis balls into the 3 slots. Wondering if I need to cut the tennis ball up even more to get it in. Thanks in advance!

You can probably cut a slit in them to help fold them a little

If you are using 'good' new balls you will need to slice them as mentioned.

10 years deep on this mod. I noticed the balls up there the other day and was like "oh, yeah, that's right! hahah"
