Yeah, awful packaging plus no fragile warning for a deceivingly lightweight package. The JB Plastic Bonder is supposed work for bonding metal to composites - https://www.amazon.com/J-B-Weld-5013...01IBOK7FE?th=1

Regarding PCV solenoid, I also capped at the rail and removed it.

COVID-19 Ended up being the rear bottom screw wasn't fully seated in the bracket. Had to push down and tighten at the same time. Maybe the silicon throttle boots are bigger/stiffer? Strut tower brace now has about 5mm clearance, hoping this is enough and doesn't scratch up the box.

I went overboard thinking the hole in air rail would cause a vacuum leak because the PCV would default open so I bought a pre-04(?) air rail. In the meantime I have a vacuum cap/black fuel hose and a hose clamp blocking that hole I created on the air rail.
I should have simply lengthened my Breather, less $. Sucks to have bought an air rail and its not even a CSL unit.
At least yours looks a lot cleaner than the mess I have on the top of mine.

    Here's how it turned out:

    1. SMG relocation is a tight fit. Needed to drill a hole into the strut tower with small room for error.
    2. Strut tower brace barely fits. I'm hesitant to put on the brace because it will definitely rub. A few spacers on each end would work.
    3. Attach both lower connections prior to securing to throttle body.
    4. Remove driver side fan shroud, it will rub.
    5. Turner bottom harness bracket needs to be bent another ~5mm.
    6. Throttle body gaskets need to be from pre-'03.
I didn't drill into my car, I used an existing hole and mounted the bracket in a likely non-traditional way. Either way, seemed to work fine and the reservoir never moved.

I’ll take a look tomorrow. Need to strip it apart to replace the tps sensor.

Aftermarket strut tower? Two connectors/bolts on the bottom of the airbox seated all the way?
SMG relocation is kinda tricky. Measure 10X, drill once.

Hmm that doesn't sound right. Are you sure your airbox is fully seated everywhere?

I've actually had better results attaching everything on the bottom after the airbox is secured to the throttle bodies. However, there is a specific order in which you should do this or else you will have a ton of issues. First crankcase breather valve hose, then ICV hose, then the two 10mm nuts that hold the airbox, and finally the rubber mount that slides onto the metal bracket on the airbox.
