So I finally got around to this and was able to take it to a mechanic. He essentially told me that my rear drivers side spring was shot and the passenger rear is on its way out too. Tbh this is the picture he showed me they still look the same height to me but I'm sure he knows more.

Question to the group - should I replace them with the same kw springs or can I find other options. They told me about $100 for each spring so replacing both rears with KWs would be $200 all in. Are there better options ? I use my car as a daily driver with some very rare auto cross.

Highly doubtful springs go bad. Maybe in ocean side towns or rust belt after years and years.

I would replace them with 60mm linear springs, something like 11-12kg/mm 6" tall.

He mentioned that the springs are from 2003 so they went bad over time. Do you guys think that's not true ? He misdiagnosed it ?

Springs don't go bad from age. As Tbone said unless they were super sagged out or rusty they are fine.

I'll let you decide whether your mechanic knows what he's talking about or not. Go to link, search the spring number 2003 15G12

But while we are figuring things out, what are the part numbers on the dampers?

I get what you guys mean ….

But then what could the issue be ? Driving myself crazy over this 😭

Here is the part number for dampers.

If it was the spring, you should have asked him to swap the spring to the other side to confirm if the sagging happens again. Then, you can really say it was the spring.
