That's how you get the best dyno plots (right before boom, make sure to turn off knock det).

Scheduled a session for an HTE canned tune this upcoming Saturday 4/29. I don't have a wideband or access to a dyno right now. Running a Kassel canned tune and my car is running extremely rich. I plan on eventually getting it on a dyno and dialing things in after I get my subframe reinforced and VANOS bulletproofed, which I'm getting done Monday 5/1. Hassan seems like a great guy and hopefully his canned tune will help alleviate the issues I'm currently experiencing with how rich my car is running. He assured me he would take care of it. We'll see how it goes,

First you said your car is running extremely rich then say you're currently experiencing how lean its running?

I also have a canned Kassel tune, as I needed a flash anyway for my DME conversion they did. I haven't noticed it running incredibly rich so I'm curious what you're seeing.

So you have no wideband but your car is running rich? How have you made that assessment?

If you are running rich at idle and low load when you should be in closed loop then you probably have an issue somewhere. Or are you just seeing high fuel trims?

Had Hasson remote tune (non dyno) my car yesterday. It’s no longer running rich and pulls very smoothly. Entire process took about 20 minutes or so. Communication was excellent. Two thumbs up!

I have had PCS and HTE tune my M3 with excellent results. Both are easy to deal with, fair in price, know S54s well, transparent, and responsive.

Most of the turners you listed haven't done anything meaningfully e46 related in years, I think one of these tuners knowledge base is pretty much just consolidated forum knowledge
Not sure why you seem down on Active Autowerks. I don’t think anybody has tuned more E46’s than Karl. He has done a great job for me.

I think Epic proved you could get a lot more out of tuning. Most tuners post-epic get more power especially with bolt ons.

are you talking about a supercharger tune? i haven't seen/heard anything of note from them in many years, if you've had a good experience with them recently please let us know

Yes a supercharger tune on E85. The experience has been great with Active Autowerks. I have had quite a few issues and they along with Bimmer Performance Center have solved all of them
