    E46 CSL diffuser recommendations

    Well as the title says……

when I bought my car 12 years ago I got a cheap Chinese ebay csl diffuser that worked great. Yeah tabs were not the best but it fit fine after minor finageling and it was happy with it. Ran over a shrub or branch that fell off a landscape truck in front of me one day and it messed it up so I put the stock diffuser back up. Fast forward to today and I’m the market for another csl replica diffuser (will body color match it except the carbon valence around exhaust….just like a csl).

Do you guys have any experience with the $250-$350 diffusers on eBay? Do you have one in particular that you’ve bought from and have been happy with the value? (Price/quality). I’ve been out of the e46m3 game for a while.

I would be more than happy buying the one Ecs tuning sells for $450 but in my recent experience buying diffusers for my Tesla and wives car from these specialized sites, its obvious they just sell the same junk as ebay except you pay a premium for getting it in 5 days vs 1 1/2 months. (This is not the case when you go with turner or one of the boutiques carbon brands of course). I’d rather put that extra couple hundred buck towards a turner carbon airbox.

    thanks

    This is pretty comprehensive:

I've been looking to pick a CSL rear diffuser and was planning to go with Mile End Composites but it looks like he's unable to continue to produce these/NLA (based on his most recent IG comment). Other than OEM, what other options has everyone been satisfied with, fitment/quality wise?
