WTF happened to FCPEuro customer service?

    I just received a box and it was falling apart. Everything inside fell out. Not sure if it was FCP or USPS. I'm going back to my local guy.

      Shipping label created 4 days ago. Items listed as in stock on website. Package still not in UPS's hands. Getting kind of frustrating.

          Which shipping option did you go with?

          Free shipping tends to get to CA in a week and that is with the two/three delay before the carrier receives the package.

            Like most of us, I've spent a lot with them. Overall very happy. But, yeah, I can feel you on the "carrier waiting for package" kinda verbiage - drives me nuts as well.

            Amazon wrecked all of my expectations with everyone else. I order a thing of Advil in the morning and it's at my door that afternoon!

              Free shipping option. When I was averaging an order per week at the beginning of the year I could expect in stock orders to be delivered within 3 to 4 days (sometimes quicker). Now I am waiting 4+ days for the package to be handed off to UPS.

                I ordered something yesterday and is already in transit, ETA is Friday. I have not had bad luck (knock on wood) yet

                  Also had more issues lately. had an order that got forgotten about for a week plus. Now i have another order yet to ship ordered 3 days ago, not feeling too confident anymore.

                  I think with expansion this was inevitable. Hopefully they can get it together.

                      I've communicated via both methods depending on the situation. Chat is faster, but yields more generic/canned responses in my experience.

                        Im sure they'll get it sorted out for you. Any and all issues I ever had and they are very very few in years of dealing with them have been resolved very very quickly. They were too minor for me to worry about in the first place but i still reached out to CS just to make them aware.

                          Yeah. I still stand by FCP as stated earlier in this thread but go figure since posting that I started having issues. I still believe they're the best retailer, but I can acknowledge the decreased quality now is noticeable.

                            I think its because of teething problems with the new locations and logistics. They are working on it, like recently a shipping price issue where the price was higher, I know for a fact from my account manager that they are working on fixing it or have already fixed it. This is for international orders.

                                Damn - need a parking brake retainer for my F30. FCP is selling a metal one for $223. Same thing on ECS is $127. WTF! 🤣
