HA! I've been hearing 90s/00s music playing as classical versions (muzak) recently at higher end restaurants and hotel lobbies. SUPER weird. Feel pretty old hahah Also, listening to 80s music for my kids now was like me listening to 40s music when I was their age ACK!!!

My son came home from college to get my CDs. He has convinced many of his college friends on the greatness of grunge, metal, new wave, industrial, punk, alternative, etc from that era. Great to see. His roommates were with him and they were all asking for more recommendations.

I am impressed that he even has a CD player. I have two in college, and neither of them would have a way to play a CD. My older son's girlfriend collects vinyl and it was a blast from the past to look through her small collection.

On an unrelated note, my oldest (23 and wrapped up her masters) is officially and completely off my payroll as of today. I just got a huge raise, more cars to come lol. Not to mention I might actually be able to use various perks and points I accrue.
