Review: HTE Tuning

How much power are you putting down with your HTE tune? I pretty much have the same setup and am going to be contacting Hassan for a tune.

I have 288/280 cammed S54 with exhaust head porting, 12.1 compr ratio and i'm running on stock injectors pretty fine. HTE tuned) all is perfect except choppy idle with some misfires due to porting but it is due to my config. Hassan is great tuner. Running 12.3-12.5 AFR on WOT

Who did the porting? Is there any way to fix/adjust for that with the tune?

Maybe I shouldn't port & polish.

+1 on HTE, been a few years, car runs as if it came from the factory (running alpha-n). He did a re-tune when I switched out my fuel pump, found another nice amount of WHP from there.

Which fuel pump did you upgrade to and why did you change?

Hassan spent hours on my NA car and this past Monday finally tuned my Dinan S3R at EAS.

Gave me a safe tune that made good usable power which I didn't even have to ask him to do, the mans just knew.

He's a legend.

I had a great experience with HTE as well

My shop installed a brand new set of euro headers and a TMS CSL airbox and Hassan coordinated the remote tune with my shop with zero issues or complaints.

Car drives great and is much stronger than it was prior to the modifications (eventuri intake only)

great results and extremely easy to work with. Couldn’t imagine a better product for the money.

Im in Kazakhstan, done porting in local machinery. As i understood- each engine has different setup, different exhaust mods e.t.c, i have swapped s54 in E30 so a lot of details that affect idle torque curve etc. Due to big overlap on 288/280 i don't think that you can reach stock idle smoothness.

Which fuel pump did you upgrade to and why did you change?

My original one was slowly failing, bought a walbro from radium engineering, worked well, Hassan got me up to 335whp safely after the re-tune

Hassan tuned my car a few years ago with TMS airbox and MAP. Tune was done in like 3-5 dyno runs, made good power, and car has been great since. Price and service can't be beat, I'd only ever re-tune with him.
