What's your use case?
I run Millway

Unless you don't feel like pulling back the trunk carpet to remove the rear damper in the future, factory Lemforder mounts are fine and a third of the price of aftermarket RSMs. I've never seen an E46 rear shock tower failure to justify the reinforcement aftermarket RSMs include. It feels like that was an issue on the E36 which the aftermarket carried over to the E46 just because.Last edited by Slideways; 11-10-2025, 07:33 PM.

I've used Ground Control RSMs, nice thing about them, the nuts attach from the wheel well side, so if you plan on changing shocks again, its a little easier.Originally posted by efrtysx View PostHello everyone, my first post on here.
