    Strut Tower Reinforcements - Something different!

    Saw these on eBay. Looks very interesting. I think it welds to a relatively weak part of the chassis. Wonder if there is a bigger stiffness increase when adding a strut bar that ties into firewall.

          I think you'll see a lot more gains from tying the A pillar to the structure under the fender. See Bry5on's work here: https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/m...543#post308543

          But these definitely won't hurt. E86 has a small gusset to the fender rails from the factory in addition to the triangulation braces to the firewall.

            Oh wow...I missed that! That has long been a concern for me. I remember an HPF car has that area collapse so they ran the cage through that area.

            That bracket is more what I'm looking for. I can make a carbon part and then bond it on.
