Thats my fear, is what it is, hoping its something other than the frame, I would just think if the frame and/or towers were that far off I would see something like obvious repairs, distorted seam sealer, bad panel gaps etc.2004 Silbergrau Metallic 6MT

Maybe the strut? Can you try to rotate the strut tube (inside the spindle housing) 180* and measure the camber again?Originally posted by Cubieman View Post

It was at a BMW dealership, not to say they did a good job.Originally posted by Slideways View PostHow good was the last alignment? Might want to take it to another shop. Maybe the camber was way off with the BCs.2004 Silbergrau Metallic 6MT

This would be difficult as there is the little pin for indexing in the slot.Originally posted by sapote View Post

I meant there is a very small (~3mm) round piece that protrudes on each strut, that goes into the slot on the spindle and this indexes the strut so the sway bar mounting points are in the same spot on both sides.Originally posted by sapote View Post
Hmm, no reason for indexing but a few brackets for the brake hose and sensor wires.

I understand. It has the index so the brake hose and sensor wiring can be mounted on the brackets.Originally posted by Cubieman View Post
