Uneven camber plate settings

    Thats my fear, is what it is, hoping its something other than the frame, I would just think if the frame and/or towers were that far off I would see something like obvious repairs, distorted seam sealer, bad panel gaps etc.

      Maybe the strut? Can you try to rotate the strut tube (inside the spindle housing) 180* and measure the camber again?

        How good was the last alignment? Might want to take it to another shop. Maybe the camber was way off with the BCs.

          It was at a BMW dealership, not to say they did a good job.

            This would be difficult as there is the little pin for indexing in the slot.

              Hmm, no reason for indexing but a few brackets for the brake hose and sensor wires.

                I meant there is a very small (~3mm) round piece that protrudes on each strut, that goes into the slot on the spindle and this indexes the strut so the sway bar mounting points are in the same spot on both sides.

                  I understand. It has the index so the brake hose and sensor wiring can be mounted on the brackets.
