I am looking to purchase a Brembo GT kit front and rear for for my E46 M3 Comp. I am wanting to run these without a spacer on the factory 19" wheels. Would the 380mm kit fit? If not would the 355mm kit fit without a spacer? I have asked a few Brembo dealers but couldn't get a definitive answer.

Brembo GT Kit and CSL/ZCP Wheels fitment question

IMO you actually want a spacer up front with the 8J ZCP wheels anyways... I have the same 380 kit and fitted them. Rear wheels up front will clear without spacer but fronts will not. I think you need a 10 or 12mm at the minimum.
Rotor diameter won't affect 19's. The caliper clearance dictates what effective offset you need to clear the spokes.
You can use the printable template to do a test:

Will either have the caliper template on their website or they can email it to you.'09 HP2S, '12 R12GSA, '00 Black 323iT, '02 Alpine 325iT (Track Wagon), '02 Alpine 330iT

Just following up on this to see what setup you ended up with.Originally posted by maximus5403 View PostI am looking to purchase a Brembo GT kit front and rear for for my E46 M3 Comp. I just measured a ZCP front and it does NOT clear a 380x6, 355x6 or 355x4 Brembo kit without a spacer. Looking at option, but realistically anything 6 piston is gonna be a tough fitment.'09 HP2S, '12 R12GSA, '00 Black 323iT, '02 Alpine 325iT (Track Wagon), '02 Alpine 330iT

I am still waiting on my Brembo GT kit to arrive. I saw Obsessed Garage just installed his kit but he hasn't released the video yet so I can see what spacer he used.Originally posted by George Hill View Post

The CSL wheels are 8.5J and a friend has this brake kit on his CSL with the usual 12mm spacers to fill out the arches . See here: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cz09H_zK...HH0pD21FUVsM0/

He reckons that you could get away with probably 8mm (but 12mm looks so much better anyway).
The ZHP wheels are 8J and would 100% need much bigger spacers, I'd guess at probably 20mm, as the standard CSL wheels accomodate the AP 355 6-pot kit using the narrow body CP5570 calliper without a spacer, where the ZHP wheels require a 15mm spacer to accomodate these alone, so they stand no chance with the much wider Brembo calliper without a significant step up in spacer size.

Whoa, looking to see how these turn out. The template says this kit hits the spokes AND the barrel on the 8" front ZCP wheel without a spacer.Originally posted by maximus5403 View Post
