I am in Monterey California for car week and attended the Legends of the Autobahn meet as a spectator earlier today. I took a bunch of photos with the intent to share them with you all here, knowing we have members from all over the world who may not be able to attend in person.
I arrived and parked in the spectator parking area. You knew just by the cars in the parking area that this was going to be a good meet.

Here is the view as you walk into the event from the parking area. For those of you that aren’t aware, it takes place on the Pacific Grove Links golf course. The facility is immaculate, and the views were stunning. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy with consistent drizzle. I felt a little bad for all the guys who worked hard to detail and prepare their cars for the judged portion of the show.

BMW showed up with a 40 years of M3 display. To be honest it was a little underwhelming, but still cool that they made the effort to show. Frank Van Meel was present and walking around the show as if he were a casual attendee.

The shear number of cars and the variety of cars to look at was a little overwhelming. Vintage restorations, concours level originals, stanced, OEM+, modern tuner builds, track cars, etc, there was something for everyone. I tried to take photos of a wide variety of cars to share with you all, but I probably only captured 10% of the cars on camera.
