Oh 3D printing, there’s an idea.

Surprised someone isn’t already making it out of carbon fiber slapping an ///M on it and charging $300 🤣

Has anyone considered using a laundry basket? Put your food items in their plastic bags in it then carry one time to your domicile?

You guys could do something similar to what I've done with my car supplies (oil, funnel, paper towel, light, etc). For that I found a container that fit perfectly above the battery tray, and have it velcro'd down so the bin stays in place even during spirited on-ramps:

ID:	43475 I have zip tied some bins into the trunk of my 330Ci. It's not perfect but it works unless you put the seats down often.

All right just got the VW hooks installed. Debated about position for a bit, but they ended up in the only place that made sense in my eyes, next to the fold down seat latches:

Just screwed them into the sheet metal with some sheet metal screws. Also filed down the plastic to get them to sit more flush.

This is how they came from VW:

That looks great! Will have to order two of those VW ones.

Never came back to this thread 5 years ago, but that’s exactly how my VAG hooks are installed.

                        Audi grocery bag holders: $29.94

                        #12 x 1” sheet metal screws: $7.44

The ability to go on a 'spirited' grocery run: Priceless.

These really are great. They're on both my cars now!

Also, liking those all black holders more than the silver/black ones I have...

Heh, I do like the black too. It looks like the Audi branded ones are black with a flat mounting face, and VW have silver pull tabs and raised face near bolt holes ? Mine are supposed to be P/N 6Y5867615C

Nice, thanks for the part number. Wish I knew there was a difference in the past.

Oh well, something to look out for next time I'm at the junkyard!
