    Fuel Injectors not firing

I finished rebuilding the engine and installing it in the car but now however I'm having problems getting it to start for the first time. It was running great when I took it out to add stronger internals.

No codes in INPA or ISTA
Both fuel pumps are priming and there is pressure to the fuel rail.
Fuel injectors were cleaned and balanced this spring while the engine was out.
There was spark when I pulled a plug to check. However the spark plugs are bone dry and have no smell of fuel.
One of the 30A fuses in the ebox was blown but replacing it hasn't helped.
Fuel injector relay gets really warm to the touch after cranking the engine.

I'll check the fuel injector harness for power this evening after my shift but I'm looking for other possibilities on what it could be.

I don't have any good ideas. One option is would be to re-check all electrical connections

If a 30A fuse blew there is a good reason. Figure out why it blew first.

Forgot to connect the ground wire?

The fuel gauge is off by about 1/8 of a tank. It was making it to the rail but not to the injectors. Apparently I ran it out of fuel when I last drove it in December. Here I thought it was a big vacuum leak haha. Im super happy to have the engine back in the car though, next job is to seat the piston rings.
