So if you're wondering how I dealt with creating users from CSLRegister, here are those rules:
• Same email: reuse the nam3forum account, even if usernames differ. (If you're in this bucket, you'll notice your post count just went up)
• Same username, different email: create username_csl, adding a suffix if needed.
• No match: create a regular user, preserving CSL password, email, username, basic profile, and custom avatar.
• Deleted source user: create a placeholder user.
I found a few cases where usernames from CSLRegister and nam3forum matched, but the email addresses differed or you had a completely different username/email combination. If you're one of these two cases and you'd like me to combine your posts, PM me and I can deal with that on a one-by-one basis.
