I'd guess 8.5" front and 10/10.5" rear. But knowing the wheel width is essential to picking what size tire.

haha thanks! Yeah, like r4dr said, you should figure out the rim width first. Once you get your car let us know.

Found a post by Apex Race Parts showing 285/30/18 squared on 10" wheels, et33 front and et25 rear. They stated the car was on Ground Control coilovers.

Hi All...another burning question. The car I’m about to purchase has 285/30/19 Pilot Super Sports(new) on the rear. Am I okay putting 245/35/19 Pilot Sport 4S on the front?

Yes, Super Sports and Sport 4S are within a stone's throw of each other.

              Anyone running 255/35-18 0n 18 x 8.5?
What would the tire look on the wheel?

I have 255/40 and they look square, no stretch. 255 is the max recommended width for an 8.5 wheel. Plenty of e82 people use 255/35 size with their rear OE wheels which are 8.5

Do you happen to have pic of what it looks like?

Great info Liam! I finally signed up for the new forum, great to see you (virtually). And I love my Goodyear Eagle f1's as well, but Michellin's are great.

Have you tried this setup yet? I really want the 359m black wheels for my car. Id be less aggressive with the tire size though. 245/275 would be the biggest. I haven’t been able to get a straight answer as to whether or not they’d actually fit.

I'm currently on 19x9 et28 with 245/35 and 19x9.5 et19 with 265/35 and on willtheyfit.com the only difference for the rear was the inset. I have zero rub.

I knew a local forum member running a 275/30 PSS tire on a 19x10 ET27 wheel lowered on Bilstein coilovers with stockish camber, and the paint on the inner rear fender lip was partially rubbed off. Pretty sure an ET25 with a 285 will rub unless it has a good amount of camber.

Yes I ran the 359 wheels. I ran 255/35 in the front and 285/30 in the back. It was a very flush setup It rubbed very little in the back but not much. The fronts I had to camber in a little bit.
