I can try to call them as I happen to speak same language :-) From my experience many companies increase prices dramatically as soon as they figure out that you are actually calling from overseas.

They quoted $2200 for paintable version and $2500 for clear gloss shipped to CA. This is for an individual order not a group buy.

The slon CF boot looks great - what’s the cost? I’d be interested in a group buy if one were set up.

It sounded like mile end had a CSL boot in the works. Not sure if they are still in development or they scrapped it.

Odd, you're correct though. I had the trim piece included and it added a freight charge of $394. If I only check out with the trunk it's free. Must be a glitch in their system.

Yes, but ECS is charging for shipping when checking out. Tuner has free shipping. Just saying incase BMWahba paid for shipping.

In my experience in the E30 world, it's the weird BMW-specific parts that start disappearing. Trim pieces, kidney grilles, the metal window borders. BMW doesn't give a fuck about their old cars, otherwise they'd set up a real classic division a la Porsche Classic and charge people up the ass for parts.

Yeah... I'm just hopeful that the ~18,000 total e30 M3s vs the ~88,000 e46 M3s will work in our favor there :P
