Got my UOA back. Not too surprised but still annoyed that copper/brass is present. What else besides rod bearings has copper/brass in it? Main bearings perhaps (i thought these are usually not a problem with our engines)? valve guides? It's been consistently present in my UOA and I've already done rod bearings. I'm thinking the camshafts and followers are adding to the iron.1 Photo"your BMW has how many miles!?"
