Okay . . . this makes me feel a little better. I was thinking the same thing looking at all my emblems, they all looked "dark blueish" , I was thinking maybe everything on my car is faded

well, my trunk mat from FCP showed up yesterday, so it appears I got lucky on that one. Now I just need to track down some floor mats.

Floor mats scarcity across the board. I can't get new mats for my Z4M or my E60 M5.

Pelican has them currently back in...but that was what FCP said two weeks ago as well until they said "here's your money back". Hopefully this will be legit. $128 to the door in 2-3 weeks.

I ordered the trunk mat from pelican a few weeks ago when they said they had it in stock, but the order got canceled. Somebody mentioned earlier that Pelican, ECS, and somebody else use the same warehouse, and ECS still says backordered.

I ordered them regardless just in case. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the heads up.

"Pelican has them currently back in" I ordered last Thursday and my order was redirected later that day . . . the order would come from Germany and take 4 to 6 weeks. Not a big deal, however, they also mentioned it would be a "special order" and could not be returned for any reason.

I cancelled based on that . . . but am hopeful to get one of the trunk mats in the future My car now seems totally incomplete without one

I have the non logo mats which my car came with when new. I only needed the drivers side as the rest are in mint condition. The BMW dealer in Langley located the one mat in Ontario and I picked it up a few days later.

ECS, TMS and Pelican are all owned by the Beltran Group. I know TMS uses ECS’s warehouse, I’m sure Pelican is a network within them too. Although Pelican is in CA, it would be odd any stock they had wouldn’t be used for ECS and TMS backorders.

I haven't been told to take a hike by Pelican yet, but certainly not holding my breath either.

my confirmation email says anticipated ship date of 4/12, so they don't have them yet.

The stock mats are kind of junk, if we're honest. I wear a hole in them under my clutch foot every 10-20,000 miles. Many replacements in the time I've owned this car.

I actually stopped using stock in the M3 wagon and M5 years ago for this reason-- only stuck with them in the coupe because it doesn't see enough miles anymore than 10-20,000 miles out of a set of floor mats is unreasonable. I won't be sad when they go.

Roflmao. This is honestly facts. They're only good in a car that doesn't see a lot of use.
