oh crap, these panels....so tired, but the fronts are going in today. Next weekend I'll work on adding the rear Karbonius carbon door panels. Taking it slow so I don't jack anything up, but it looks really nice.

Probably. I tend to lose interest pretty quickly at times. But so far, enjoying every bit of the miles I put on it.

I will say, having spent the day with the carbon door panels now. It does make the driver seat that much more "all business". The lack of the arm rest from the center console and the door panels, it really takes your focus on the steering wheel and shift knob, respectively. It minimizes the cockpit and I am not against it. A few friends that have seen them today, love the look.

I daily the F750GS, but take the Prius from time to time. I hate LA traffic, so I'd rather split traffic 90% of the time. But I've been working from home for over a year now.

Damn LA traffic is still bad in Rona days huh? Boston has changed quite a bit since.

Oh man, you can see/feel the difference. I think a couple of weeks back there was a report that traffic is 85%(?) of pre-pandemic now. And anything after 3 you can see the difference in traffic again, as it once was. On weekends you can see the congestion building up throughout the day also. So yeah, splitting traffic on the bike is what keeps me sane. lol

Installed the CSL trunk trim and have to say, the most minor of details, but now when it closes it doesn't have this weird "flexing" sound from the liner.

I thoroughly enjoyed the shutdown because the roads were wide open. Nowadays I'm back to wanting to shoot myself anytime I get on the road. Now that I'm no longer working in LA, can't wait to get out.

I certainly enjoyed the open roads, but at the same time I barely went out. Always busy with work and now, even more so. I'd be lucky to put 2k miles on the CS this year and maybe another 500 miles on the M3.

Interior finally done. Spent the afternoon putting in the rear karbonius cards, replaced the rear window motors, replaced the driver and passenger side seat belts because they never retracted so it was time to replace them, and installed the euro visors. She is done.

Where did you buy the material for headliner? I need to get headliner and sides wrapped in Alclantara.

Westminster Auto Upholstery provided the material and wrapped the headliner for me.

Talk about bringing sexy back. CSL panels are 🤤

Did you code out the side airbags? Bummer you have to remove them, only hesitation for me.
