Seems like the market has reached a point where there are many good quality, competitive options. The two that really catch my eye are the OG... Karbonius box, and newer Streamline. The price is only off by around 270 euros, so at that price range, are there any compelling reasons, or facts, to go with a Karbonius > Streamline? Seems like Streamline has come a long way since it's introduction in 2017.

I own a streamline and wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve seen several of both airboxes and the attention to detail from karb is unbelievable. The only complaint I’ve heard about karb was the snorkel does not line up sometimes. I’ve talked to several SL airbox owners on IG and most had several imperfections. Biggest one for me was that the unfiltered part didn’t sit completely flush with the filtered part. Mine took about 4 months to receive (2 months were promised) and 8 months to get their snorkel. Like anything they make it look better on their IG page. But don’t show the imperfections.

The streamline would be closer to the Geoff Steele one, and after hearing about how the streamline owner is shady, I'd go with the Geoff Steele.Last edited by Circa Surviven; 12-18-2020, 01:33 AM.Garage:
