Diff rear plate bushings...with or without washer?

Hi folks, first of all I hope you all are having a great christmas time

So, I´m into the proccess of the subframe reinforcing, and have a question about the rear plate bushings/bolts at the diff installation:

When I bouth the car she cames with the black series bushings at the plate, which I´m swapping with the E36 M3 OEM bushings, as I prefer these not as hard bushings at the diff.
Picture of the car with the rear off, I hope you can see the bots at the rear bolts of the plate, have a washer...

SO, if I remember at my ex M3, the bolts were directly connected to the bushings without any washer, like these images and video that I found out there...

As i´m going to install everything again, I don´t know If I might do it with or without the washers, the realoem shows a washer, which I don´t know if sits inside the bushing or outside as my car shows with the previous setup, as I didn´t buy yet the bolt/washers (parts 3 and 4 at the diagram)

Do normally the OEM washers/bolts sit inside the OEM bushings? The previous picture shows a big washer sitting at the outside, but I´m guessing that this is the "aftermarket" way of installing the polyurethane bushings...?

I believe the washer in the first picture is incorrect. The washer is smaller and should fit through the hole of the bushing which should look like the 2nd picture after you torque it down.

      ^ that's correct.

I also recently bought part 3 in the diagram (looks like just a bolt) from FCP and it came with the washer as part of it.

I think previous versions of the bolts for the rear diff attachments that had threads on the entire shaft required separate washers. Now the recent bolts don't. I think the confusion is sometimes that same bolts without washers are used on the bellhousing (believe there are 2 of them) that attach to the block.

All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.

Thank you enjoy_m3 , Yes, yesterday when I bought the parts noticed it, The washer for the new bolt fits perfectly inside the bushing. I believe that the bigger washers at the previous installation of my diff were there because of the aftermarket poly bushes maybe...
