Managed to source some slick-top headliners, but still on the hunt for the gloss black CSL roof rails.

If you ever sell one of the slick top headliners, please PM me. I don’t want it to clutter your beautiful garage. The one on the right has a depression at the rear - is that to provide more headroom?

Due to a recent work schedule change, I can now attend most weekend car shows. Today I took my son to a local cars and coffee in Palos Verdes. The theme of the day was German, so I arrived early to get a prime parking spot. There is no shortage of money in the Palos Verdes area, and some outstanding cars showed up, including a Ford GT which parked next to me. I've said this before, but it's cool to see that this car draws a crowd, even in 2026 parked next to supercars. On a side note, I can't wait to lower the car. Stock suspension + weight removal = 4x4 height.

There were of course tons of Porsches, but what I like about this meet is the wide variety of cars. The attendees are older and they bring out all sorts of cars from their collections.

Car looks awesome man - if, one day when I get to the exterior, mine ends up looking half as clean as yours I'll be happy!

Looks like a fun meet. The best thing is the M car always looks refined and gentlemanly, like Bond

I just bought its twin! '06 with 25k miles. I do need to replace my Alcantara steering wheel with OEM leather, so let me know if anyone has a lead on a possible replacement.

For sale, steering wheels done the proper way. I could write paragraphs about this, but the photos speak for themselves, see below. Only original materials used, exact same Leather and Alcantara as used by BMW. Currently, not doing any custom requests, original style only to keep things simple. Pricing as follows: Leather

25k? Wow. And where are you located? There's a guy in Connecticut who uses period correct leather for the wheels. He did mine and it turned out great.

You will get some people on here who aren't so happy with his services, and obviously I can't speak on their personal experience with him, but he's done multiple things on my E46 and E36 and they've all turned out great and reasonable priced for the quality work.
