Good eye! Yeah, it was Palomar Mountain. I grew up and lived in San Diego most of my life, I only moved to Portland about 4 years ago. I've been up and down Palomar a million times on sportbikes and cars, one of my favorite roads!

When I lived and went to high school in San Diego I did not have the M3 (I actually got my M3 about 15 years later), so I am yet to drive Palomar. Maybe one of the times when you socal peeps have a meetup/drive, I'll come down to join.

I forgot the forum member on M3f when wrecked his car at COTA. But his roll bar is now in mine. Too bad mine is more garage queen than track car because I'm too cheap to afford track days. 🤣
