Has anyone ever tried fitting the e92 M3 steering coupler to their e46? Is the spline size the same?

There was a thread on the old forum where people tried a bunch of different parts from other BMWs.
IIRC, none of them fit, but I wish you luck!2002 Topasblau M3 - Coupe - 6MT - Karbonius CSL Airbox - MSS54HP Conversion - Kassel MAP - SSV1 - HJS - PCS Tune - Beisan - MK60 Swap - ZCP Rack - Nogaros - AutoSolutions - 996 Brembos - Slon - CMP - VinceBar - Koni - Eibach - BlueBus - Journal

I'm RHD so I just put the CMP solid coupler in and there is definitely a improvement in feel/steering tightness. No additional harshness or vibrations.
