Jason Cammisa on the e30, e46 and whatever the new M3 is

Dude is probably my favorite auto journalist. The video is very well made, check it out.

    Just some old shitty cars.

Thanks for sharing. The sheer size of the G80 still staggers me.

Agree about the size and it blows my mind that manufacturers are creating these 3800 to 4000 pound cars that handle as good as they do.

This thread title is exactly my level of fucks given about modern BMW.

... I wish they had spent more time on the e46 :P

Another one comparing the G80 to ours. A bit more poignant than Cammisa's version, but good vibes when he works the CSL

While I don't doubt the G80 is good to drive it's ugly as sin, I could never spend $80k on a car I didn't absolutely love at first glance.

Honestly, give it a f80 style grille, I still don't care; it looks like a bag of dicks

The F8X was so boring...nothing really special about it. What scares me about the G8X is if I drive it...I might love it...but it looks so friggin' ugly.

G8x looks so aggressive and will date the previous gens (especially e9x) rapidly.

It's not as classic as the F8x, but I like it - especially if you have to run a front (euro sized) plate - it breaks up the grill nicely It is no more intense than other giant grills like the gaping RS4.
