Ahh, you're right, that is how they brand bike calipers. The cynic in me thinks they downloaded the wrong branding, but maybe they wanted to be different.

I'm in the process of collecting parts for an Alfa Romeo retrofit which doesn't require any machining of the calipers. Will review once done but basically you source Quadrifoglio calipers, freakyparts brackets, and e92 m3 360mm rotors.
Do you have some info about these Alfa calipers you can share? What are the piston sizes, pad shapes, and is there a part number for the caliper?

I don't have the piston spec on hand but basically any stevlio or giulia 2.9 quadrilfoglio caliper not meant for carbon ceramics will work. Like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/334862231593. Pad is the same that they normally use. Plenty of pad options cheap to very expensive.

I’ve had to help a customer clean up their mess of a Signature kit. The only part worth anything is the caliper itself, assuming it is even genuine Brembo that is machined properly.

Just have random pieces from kits left like RR brackets, textar pads, some retainer clips, etc.

no full kit, no calipers at this time.
price of calipers went up since this post and made the full rebuild out of reach for many people unfortunately. I stopped as for the price it takes, other setups become within reach

I don't understand the bold part.... if you helped someone with their kit, you would know if it was a real Brembo caliper, no?

The customer had pulsation under braking and really hated the pads that came with the kit. The pads were easy -- these calipers use a very common pad shape, so we set them up with some quality street pads to start with.

The rotors had a lot of variations in disc thickness which is certainly what caused the pulsations. This is typically due to poor machining tolerances, both in the hat and rings, and rears its head after use. Think "warped rotor" but not due to heat.

Luckily, they modeled the rings after Brembo replacement rings which we had our replacements for. We made the assembled rotors flat for the customer, but I think putting flat rings on their hats would result in a questionably flat assembly due to the hats.

I did not see the car in person. The customer shipped the rotor assemblies to us after calling us looking for advice with his issues. I took the project on because I liked the guy and wanted to help a fellow E9X enthusiast out.

There is a rash of Brembo fakes out there that are very, very convincing. To the point where they even have the same Brembo part numbers in their casting molds. There have always been knockoffs floating around but they've gotten extremely hard to differentiate from real Brembo calipers.

                    I see.

Well, if the website is to be trusted, the calipers are CNC machined, and they do appear to be ZL1 calipers. But I suppose anything is possible.

They do offer Paragon/Alcon rotors for an upgrade.

Appreciate that, and I understand why the customer was not happy. Nice of you to help out. I've been street driving their E46 kit for a year (type 3 rotors, with their carbon ceramic pads) and have not experienced those issues. I half-expected for it to be trouble like it was for your customer.

Do you know if those calipers are used on other cars as well, or are they exclusive to those Alfa models? They look similar to some others out there

Maserati's I believe but I'm not sure they're exactly the same. They look the same: link

                            The pistons are 30/34/38mm.

Uses the D1116/1365 pad shape (1116 is just 1365 with the pad wear sensor cutout). Easy cross-reference is '18+ STI front pad shape.
