Does anyone on here have an oxford green M3?

A few years ago now before I owned my current M3 I almost purchased an Oxford green/m-texture that came up for sale. Unfortunately I couldn't quite swing for the price at the time and have forever regretted it. The car was bought by someone else and crashed beyond repair only a few weeks later. I later found out that not only was it the only oxford green M3 in NZ but it was 1 of 4 RHD in that colour combo ever made . I have toyed with the idea of respraying mine to OG since it's a pretty tired TiAg with lots of unoriginal paint anyway, but who knows if I'll ever get the balls to do it.

I haven't seen anyone on here with an OG m3, would love to see some glamour shots if there is. Might have the secondary effect of convincing me to pull the trigger on mine.

OG on Cin is dreamy. I'd say do it.

OG is my favorite color for E46 M3s. I say do it so we can see pics

I remember when that was up for sale - didn’t realise it had been totalled ☹️

Instead of repainting it, you could wrap it.

Yep it was pretty heartwrenching. DMD2 was the rego. There are definitely things I like about my car that I would take over the OG one. Pretty much no options, no sunroof etc. But that colour combo was definitely dream spec. Oh well.

I used to follow carlos_e46 which is almost exactly the same spec as the car that I missed out on. Was pretty painful just to see his posts after I found out what happened to the car I wanted.

Og/cinnamon original 6spd here with just under 200k miles

posting pics but unless you catch the car in the Sun it looks pretty dark. I Am also in need of a paint correction.

my ig is @l0okitzraj but it isn't 'a car specific instagram' and i don't always post the e46. fair warning.

If you do end up respraying the car you could try a different BMW green that wasn’t offered on the E46 M3. Fern green, Boston Green, Goodwood Green Pearl, etc.

This is nonsense. Everyone knows the best green is British Racing Green.

You’re required to put a cinnamon interior in if you paint/wrap it OG.

Realistically there's probably a slim chance of a colour change haha, and even if I did I'm not sure I could bring myself to change out the m-texture which is probably my favourite part of the car.

                              This is the dream though:
