your test data just did not make sense to me, but 500psi is completely wrong. but how is it you have 1500 psi at crank up time? there is not enough engine RPM to do so. I have heard of a case where the issue was the valve body. the whole valve+solenoid assembly is 780. I just bought one to have a spare.

Does anyone know the wiring pin out for the vanos plug? I just want to check that there are no wiring issues.

I had already replaced solenoid. So I kept it as a spare!

Anyway, no those grounds do not go to an ECU pin, they ground directly to the chassis.2002 Topasblau M3 - Coupe - 6MT - Karbonius CSL Airbox - MSS54HP Conversion - Kassel MAP - SSV1 - HJS - PCS Tune - Beisan - MK60 Swap - ZCP Rack - Nogaros - AutoSolutions - 996 Brembos - Slon - CMP - VinceBar - Koni - Eibach - BlueBus - Journal
