Where is a good place to buy a set of front and rear OEM sized style 67s? Mine are getting old and chipping, need to get new ones in the near future.

Only the fronts are available brand new, schmiedmann has them for pretty cheap.

I had my e46 wheels refinished by Prince along with a second pair of rears so they would all match. Even when new, they have slight variations if they are not from the same batch.
Prince did a very good job. Its not exact, but close enough that you will not be able to tell unless you have a factory finished one next to it.

BTW are you sure they never been resprayed in the past? Looks pretty silver-ish to me. And not sure if OEM finish flake like this. I had pretty beat up OEM over the years and they never flake like yours.GT4 Composites

OP, those wheels can easily be refinished. It's only heavy structural damage where a replacement wheel would be needed.
