    The CSL spindle is not required. I do not have them. You can get that spec on a completely stock car by pulling the camber pins. You are already there if you are lowered. Any changes you make will be up to personal preference and requirements.

          I ran into an issue this weekend try to get some camber and my top hats wouldn't move. The pins were the screw in ones so it was easy to take out however they wouldn't move whatsoever. I used jacking compensation, unbolted and reseated however they ended up at a very similar camber. It seems the stock ones aren't meant to move.
