First come first serve. Really nice condition barely used euro headers, left hand drive variant. Euro cats also available if needed. Price for headers 1100 EUR + shipping. (filedata/fetch?id=323003&d=1760523576)

So my tech is having issues getting my EURO headers installed. The end that mounts to section 1 is not lining up, he states the flange is point the wrong direction, i.e towards the frame. Not sure what to do yet, but should EURO headers mount correctly to a US E46 M3, or is there 2 different EURO headers in the world. i.e. LHD vs RHD that would be causing me an issue. Right now I am leaning towards having the shop cut off the flanges from my stock headers and welding them onto my EURO headers in order to make then line up. I wasn't expecting this much hassle, perhaps I did not receive what I think I purchased, these did come from UK Ebay.

Factory LHD or RHD headers will fit 100%. There is something wrong with those headers or the section 1.

            Pictures would be helpful.

Section 1 is 100% stock US, should be no issues there. Headers came from a supposed E46 track car, so perhaps they were modified for a custom application and that was never articulated in the auction. They were also ceramic coated and heat-wrapped so all bets are off if they were messed with. What a pain !

If this turn out to a complete loss, I may just buy a set of "Megan Racing Stainless Steel Header Exhaust - Fits BMW M3 E46 00-06 MR-SSH-BE46M3".

The Megan headers seem to be decent EURO clones, what's the consensuses on those, they seem pretty decent for the price. Should i just cut my losses and get those, or cut up these wonky EURO/Track headers to make them fit.

Ouch, that is modified and how.

One or two forum members are running Megan S54 headers (Euro style) on their track cars and have posted that those headers have very good fitment and are holding up well.

Those are generic flanges. The flange section of RHD headers is exposed to UK weather and when moisture gathers under the flange and lower gasket, its rusts and can create cracks. Being the UK, some cheap repairs include cutting off the lower flange section and welding on something like that in the picture.

Agreed, it looks like I got beat on the those headers, luckily they were very cheap on ebay. I went ahead and ordered the Megan headers, from what I can tell and read from reviews they seem pretty legit.
