I need to replace the foam that goes above the front left and right seat belts, mine is gross. It's probably some sort of sound insulation or something or other. I can't find the part number or where to buy just that without buying the whole seat belt. Thoughts?

I just got my seatbelts back and was taking a look at these things...they are pretty nasty. seems pretty easy to cut up some similar material. here are some that I found that don't have the adhesive backing like most sound deadening material does.

Buy some melamime foam, use your old piece as a template, and create a copy of it
Open cell foam treated for water resistance is the best sound absorbing material available for vehicles, while having great thermal insulation properties.
Melamine foam is superior to any jute type of material in every way (better sound absorption, lighter, doesn't rot when exposed to water) except cost. I've been slowly replacing all the old insulation in my car as I encounter it
You can buy it with or without adhesive and in different thicknesses, you can also stack it to add thickness too
