Cheapest place for CSL Trunk?

ECS has the trunk/parts for $1350 and the trunk itself for $1190. Anyone have any links to sites that may have better pricing?

Honestly, for a Genuine BMW CSL trunk that's about as cheap as it gets. You better pull the trigger fast. I heard from a guy who works at BMW in Germany that there were only 2 CSL trunks left in the US inventory as of 3 weeks ago. Shipments for European parts is going to get significantly delayed with COVID.

ECS says it won't ship until end of June, I'm guessing there's a fair chance that date will keep getting pushed back due to COVID shipping headaches.

Tack on customs tax to that as well. I got mine from Schmiedmann's and was super nervous that the trunk and euro bumper I ordered was going to get damaged during shipment, but it came on a palette that was very well packaged.

APmotorsport has them for 827GBP = $1006. I contacted them to check stock.

I have a sneaking suspicion ECS is sourcing from Schmiedmann in bulk container shipments and tacking some profit on top.

This is my list, I bought a trunk back in February but have been procrastinating on getting it installed. Prices are per unit, you would need to multiply by quantities listed. Total is roughly $300 and change. US dealers cannot order the trunk liner, I ended up sourcing from Schmiedmann. You can reuse your stock one to save cost, but would either need to be okay with a hole where the tool kit is, or dremel mounting points into the csl trunk for the tool kit.

Schmiedmann's offers a CSL trunk accessory kit. Be warned my order got held up in customs, because they had issues getting info on individual parts in the kit. It was eventually resolved, but required some hand holding.
