Source for male MAF connector (useful for extension harnesses, IAT relocation, etc.)

This will be of interest for those who are doing things like IAT relocations, making their own MAF harnesses, installing a CSL airbox with minimal impact to the stock wiring loom, etc.

As you know the go-to for these sort of extension harnesses is Turner. There's no reason why you can't make your own, but the sticking point has tended to be sourcing a male MAF connector.

Good news is that I've finally located a source for these that lets you order singles. I ordered 5 as a check/test fit and can confirm that these appear to be identical to the item that Turner uses.

These can be purchased here: https://www.hdconnectorstore.com/pro...ail/32496.html at a unit price of $1.24USD. I got these 5, shipped to New Zealand, for $9.58USD total.

Note that the website does not make explicit mention of the seal plugs and pins, however these ARE included when you purchase this item.

With a source for these now identified there's no reason you can't go out and build your own harness extension exactly as you please :-)

I want to say I saw a mounting on ebay that works for our MAFs. I guess our MAF size is the same as some other car...I'll have to look.
