I have the 76mm and think they fit the character of the car very well.

Maybe tuner’s measurements are inside diameter— so the rolled tips are same OD, smaller ID.

            Lemans means slash cut.

So it appears that Eisenmann have lost their f-ing minds. The race 83 is now $2800+ deplaning on tax and shipping. I’m all set with that.

anyone previously run or is currently running RE Diablo caliente? Curious about the tone and sound level.

              Preferably with euro headers setup.

                Interesting.

                Email response on this:

                "Hi,

The Lemans tips have a different style double wall that is all finished to the inner tip, where the standard 83mm has the perforated inner and older design. Leman's is same style that is on the E9X M3 mufflers.

                Best Regards,
                Ryan@IND"

"Thank you for the quick response.

So for the Eisenmann Race muffler specifically, all the tip options are slant/slash cut correct?"

"Correct! All slant cut on these, even on the sport

                Best Regards,
                Ryan@IND"

Well looks like I'm wrong again.

As far as size, generally speaking, exh pipe diameter is OD not ID. In regards to 76 vs 80mm (supersprint), 4mm is close to 1/8" which would make sense being that the steel wall is 1/16".

Also looks like Eisenmann's slant is more agressive than SS's fwiw. I tried to copy eisenmann on my sgt tips that I cut.

                    5.5mm thickness and ~69-70mm ID

Yes shatus group. It required fab work, but I made it fit and secure (sgt uses set screws)

Supersprint Race Muffler with confirmed 80MM tips. I had the AC Schnitzer diffuser installed years ago but went back to the stock diffuser because it looked a bit tacky. Apologize if the car looks a bit dirty as it was used daily back & forth to work last week.
