New charged ACC won't help the pump to have higher P.
    Why low P?
    * bad leak on internal seals
    * pump output is low: check for sticky pump pistons moving inside the disk; no missing or broken springs inside piston; check for any plays between disk and center shaft.

Btw, remove all 12 bolts holding the cam sleeves, clean the threads and add medium strength Loctite on threads to avoid chopped bolts and bent valves.

looks like it’s removal of vanos to figure out pump piston etc.

when i rebuild vanos, I’ll replace cam sprocket bolts and upper timing chain guide.

I have a spare vanos unit that I’ll rebuild first and then swap over when I get the time

Why cam sprocket bolts? They almost never gone bad.

I was reading a guide and sure mentioned removing them one by
Cleaning up and replacing. Some had a renewed bolt

I'm not sure we're talking the same bolts. What could go wrong if the bolts not replaced?
